All Chair mats are shipped rolled in order to fit inside FEDEX size boxes. They will return to their normal shape, which is flat, but that may take a number of hours or even a day or so in cold weather. The chair mat must be turned with weight on top of it for the first few hours. The chair mat will eventually go flat completely with no sign of being rolled we promise. Warranty Information

Chair-Mat.com provides a lifetime warranty on all of our vinyl chairmat products.
This WARRANTY IS VOID under certain conditions, including but not limited to:  use of metal casters; placement of furniture or other stationary objects on the chairmat; use of chairmat other than its intended purpose; cutting or altering of the chairmat in any way by any individual or company other than Chair-Mat.com; or use of the chairmat outdoors. Damage to the product as a result of abuse, misuse, misapplication, neglect, accident, disaster, alteration or modification will VOID THE WARRANTY. 

Normal wear and tear, including but not specifically limited to, marring and scuffing is not covered under the warranty.   To apply for a replacement, contact us via email with the original sales receipt or purchase order number. Chair-Mat.com reserves the right to request damaged chair mats be returned to the factory for inspection before sending replacement product.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All RETURNS MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL. IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN PRODUCT(S) FOR ANY REASONS EXCEPT "DAMAGED " IN SHIPPING AND ANY CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS. WE HAVE A 30% RESTOCKING FEE CHARGE PLUS THE COST OF THE FREIGHT (BOTH WAYS). RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER (IN-STOCK AND NON-CUSTOM ORDERS ONLY)

Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled once shipped without prior approval. Without prior approval the order will be considered valid and no refund will be issued. Once as order is processed, it can only be cancelled if the factory has not shipped the item(s) (a calcellation fee of 5% of the total may be applied to the order). Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
